The following online Appointment Request Form allows customers to request a water meter appointment for any of the following services offered by Neptune;

New Meter Installation Projects
Meter Replacement Projects
Operations and Maintenance Projects

Installations will take place on an area by area basis, whereby homeowners will be alerted by a notice from Neptune at their door. Only those customers who have received a notice, should attempt to schedule an appointment.

For most projects, Neptune performs installations between the hours of 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM from Monday to Friday. Weekend installations can be scheduled depending on the project. A new meter installation typically takes approximately 1.5 hours (barring any necessary modifications). A meter replacement takes about 45 minutes.
